When multiple users use AeyeScan, you can optionally add subaccounts.
It is also possible to restrict some functions for each account group.
* Adding subaccounts is only available for the primary account or a subaccount with the administrator role.
* If you do not use it with multiple users, please check only "How to Login to AeyeScan" and proceed to the next step.

How to Login to AeyeScan
- Access the AeyeScan login page.

1 Enter "Login ID" and 2 "Password", then 3 click "Login".

The AeyeScan top page is displayed.

Add Subaccount

From the top page, click 1 "Organization Settings" - 2 "Subaccount" - 3 "+ Create New".

The Create Subaccount page is displayed.

1 Enter any string in "Login ID" and 2 the user's email address in "Email Address".

3 Select any item in "Permission", and 4 check any item in "Group".

Configure other items optionally, and 5 click "Register".

Subaccount registration is complete.
Share the displayed Login ID and initial password with the user. -
A URL to activate the account will be sent to the email address registered in step 2-②, so please have the user access it.
After the first login, a screen to change the initial password will be displayed. Please have the user change it.

- Please note that there is a limit to the number of accounts that can be created depending on your contract plan.
- In step 2-③ "Permission", three types of account permission settings are available.
