If the target website prohibits concurrent logins (duplicate logins), you can successfully crawl it by selecting the "Prevent Concurrent Login" option under the scan speed settings.
*Note: This feature cannot be used if the website's session control follows a "first-in, first-served" (first-in wins) policy, where the first logged-in session takes priority and blocks subsequent login attempts.
Setup Steps
Navigate to: Scan List > New Scan > Basic Info. > Scan Customization > Scan Speed.
Select "Single Login Mode" from the Scan Speed options.
Adding Authentication Credentials
When "Single Login Mode" is selected, you will be able to register multiple credentials under Application authentication > Normal Login Settings.
Click the "Add authentication info." button to register them.
