AeyeScan will lock your account if you fail to login multiple times in a row.
You will also be notified individually by email if your account is locked.
■ Unlock after a certain amount of time
The account lock will be released after a certain amount of time.
The approximate time until the account is unlocked will be stated in the notification email when the account lock occurs.
■Unlocked by administrator account
Account locks can be unlocked in the sub-account management of the administrator account.
Access the following functions.
Organisational settings > Subaccount
Check the status column for the target account and click on “Locked”.
The account lock can then be unlocked by clicking on the “Unlock” button.
